Created in 2017. One of the main tasks of the Center is to promote the spiritual development of citizens and introduce them to the knowledge and innovations in the field of culture and art.

The center manages, organizes and conducts cultural and intellectual-leisure activities in the library: organizes and conducts exhibitions, lectures, presentations of art exhibitions, new books, meetings with creative celebrities, tours at the library with an overview of its information resources, supervises the activities of interest clubs and literary associations. Meetings with writers and poets, artists, historians and local historians are held in the Small and Large parlors. Thanks to the work of the center, new names are being opened in the visual arts.

The center organizes and oversees the work of readers' clubs, which regularly hold meetings on topical issues of the literary life of the whole country and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
